When Buzzr properly shows tribute to Our Sir, Vaysayed by airing a marathon of Family Feud episodes where Dawson and Combs mention Sir Vay, GSN, as usual, only cares about Harvey Feud! The guy didn't even know Sir Vay too good...

GSN and Sony are trying to revise Feud's history just like they did with Wheel. Just as they omit Chuck Woolery and daytime Wheel from history, they omit anything before Steve Harvey from Feud's history, meaning anything prior to 2010. They'll try to get you to believe that Richard Dawson's biggest role was as host of Match Game, just like they want you to believe that Chuck Woolery's first game show was Love Connection. But it's not really working in the case of Feud, as Sony doesn't own the show, Fremantle does, and Fremantle's own history of Feud is consistent with what we know.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I support calling Sony on this, it has never gone as far as trying to claim that Our Sir, Veisaid hosted Match Game, as great as that might be, but it does keep the fact that he was a great panelist there alive, when still neglecting what show he actualy hosted.
